1. 主要研究领域为极端环境微生物组、噬菌体组及其宿主相互作用。通过组学分析、微宇宙模拟实验、稳定同位素标记、单细胞显微拉曼与单细胞分选等手段,研究油藏环境微生物多样性、代谢特征、油藏噬菌体-宿主相互作用及其生态功能。
